The King of Jordan (Abdullah) actually uses Saatchi & Saatchi to promote his kingdom. I found out that tidbit, among many others, in a great book by Neil MacFarquhar called “The Media Relations Department of Hizbollah Wishes You a Happy Birthday.” And yes, Hizbollah has a very extensive and slick media operations arm — among fanatic terrorist groups, their broadcasting and media arms put Al-Qaeda to shame.
